General Inquiries

How will I get my items?

Home Delivery: For your convenience we’ll deliver your order right to your door. If you selected a delivery option during checkout, our team will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your shipping address and provide an estimated delivery date.

How do I track my order?

Click “Track my Order” in the top righthand corner of the website, you will be taken to the tracking page. Type in your OrderID (found in your order confirmation email) and the email you used during checkout. After clicking the “Track” button, the page will display the latest information we have on your order.

How long will it take to get my package?

Typically, orders are delivered within 7-10 working days (excluding Saturday & national holidays). After placing your order our team will be in touch and let you know an approximate date.

My order arrived with something wrong

If there’s something wrong while inspecting your order upon delivery, do not sign the receipt of goods (ايصال استلام بضاعة). Contact us at +201002100042, one of our team members will be glad to assist you and surely make everything right.

Do you have spare parts?

We stock spare parts because accidents happen. Contact us at [email protected] – we’ll let you know if the part you need is available (others have accidents, too) and its cost.

How do I place an order?

When you find an item you like on the website, click “Add to cart”. Your shopping cart in the top-right corner of your screen will now show your current order total and the items you chose.

Once you’ve chosen all the items you like and wish to buy, click on your cart in the top right corner of the screen.

You may either click ‘View cart” to review your selection and remove anything you don’t want to buy, or you can click “Checkout” to proceed to the checkout page.

The checkout page will ask for some necessary information that we need to process your order. Missing or fictional information could cause your ordered to be cancelled.

On the left-hand side of the page you will find your order summary and your order total. Here you may choose your payment method.

Before agreeing to the website’s Terms & Conditions, please familiarize yourself with them.

Paying using Cash on Delivery

If you’ve chosen Cash on Delivery
Click “Place order” when you’ve checked all your information is correct.

That’s all! You will get an email with details about your order (check your spam/junk folder!)

Paying with Visa/Mastercard

If you wish to pay using Visa/Mastercard, click “Proceed” after you’ve checked all your information is correct.

You will be taken to the ‘Payment Details’ page where you will be asked to enter your credit card information. When you’re done click “Pay” and your payment will be processed by your bank.

That’s it! After your payment is successfully processed you will get an email with details about your order (check your spam/junk folder!)

Do I need an account to place an order?

You may place an order on the website without creating an account, but having an account will allow you to see all your current and past orders in one place and make future orders even easier.

Store Policy

Return conditions

  • Returns may be made within 14 days of delivery date.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns are processed within 5 working days. The amount may take up to a month to reflect in your balance, depending on each individual bank’s process.
  • Any modifications to the item’s appearance or electricals will void your right to return an item.
  • Lightbulbs may not be returned.
  • Custom-made orders may not be returned under any circumstance.
  • The Store reserves the right to refuse a return request if any of the points above are not met.

Other

  • If on delivery day, no one is present to receive & sign for your order at the specified address- a new delivery day will be scheduled.
  • Items in the shop are sold as is, no modifications to appearance or electricals may be made.
